Vertical Sales Rep - several markets available

As a Vertical Sales Rep, you will drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing customers in your vertical market(s). This role involves understanding common customer needs and acquiring new accounts through followup on website leads, customer referrals, industry partner referrals, trade shows, business organizations, cold calls, strategic programs and other marketing campaigns.   You communicate with confidence and will need empathy, persistence, focus and the ability to reassure all stakeholders through the solution development and implementation process. The position also involves educating clients on our product and their value proposition, guiding the onboarding process, answering any queries customers may have and supporting them in the early days of using the platform or project development.

Available Markets:  commercial, industrial, retail, food service, hospitality, healthcare, education, government, transit, etc.

Specific tasks include:

  • Contacting prospects via our in-house automated lead generation system and other methods.
  • Developing your own leads to meet or exceed sales plan goals.
  • Educating prospects on 3fficient’s benefits and how they fit the prospect’s needs and goals.
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and expectations.
  • Address any customer support issues at project initiation for a smooth handoff to the project manager or account manager, then after delivery for additional services, referrals and testimonials.
  • Analyze Performance and provide data driven insights to customers using various tools.
  • Contribute to 3fficient’s ongoing development in various functions including product development, marketing, operations, support, partnerships and more.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will drive business success by growing relationships with 3fficient’s portfolio customers. You’ll become a trusted advisor by providing data, insights, platform expertise and exceptional customer support. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our portfolio customers and understand how our range of products and services can improve their business.  This role involves interacting with corporate executives,  franchisees, property managers and facility managers as well as various stakeholders responsible for tactical execution. You communicate with confidence and will need empathy, persistence, focus and passion for customer satisfaction. The position also involves educating customers on our solutions and value propositions, and supporting them as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop business relationships with 3fficient accounts
  • Work with our business intelligence team to provide data driven insights to customer stakeholders
  • Present new opportunities and solutions based on customer needs and secure appropriate commitment
  • Collate customer feedback and work with 3fficient’s leadership to prioritize product and service enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, business intelligence and product teams to develop comprehensive action plans
  • Contribute to 3fficient’s ongoing development in various functions including product development, marketing, operations, support, partnerships and more

Project Manager/Superintendent - San Diego County

As a Project Manager/Superintendent, you will execute project delivery flawlessly, drive customer satisfaction through high quality, on time and on budget delivery.  You will work with the sales team and management to ensure expectations are set properly in the beginning and managed throughout project delivery.  You will also seek to find additional solutions needs for the customer, working with the sales or account rep to deliver on those needs.  You communicate with confidence and clearly to ensure accurate management of project scope ensuring customer buy-in and positively motivated delivery by your team and subcontractors.  You treat suppliers and contractors fairly clearly to ensure timely execution of all necessary tasks.  You are well organized and know your trades well.  You are inquisitive and seek to improve your skills and give honest, timely feedback to your team and leadership.

Specific tasks include:

  • Reviewing proposals and contracts in a timely fashion to ensure the company is not overpromising and that you will be able to deliver upon those promises.
  • Providing a seamless transition from sales to project management upon contract execution.  Assisting with contract negotiations as needed.
  • Organizing architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors and commissioning agents to provide clear scopes, schedules and budgets that align with your master contract, ensuring there are no gaps in delivery or expectations..
  • Managing your delivery schedule clearly and communicating with all team members.  Proactively alerting leadership before issues become problems.
  • Analyze Performance and provide data driven insights to your team and leadership using various tools.
  • Contribute to 3fficient’s ongoing development of innovation and excellence.
